Finnish sauna
Sauna at temperatures from 70° to 100°C and relative humidity from 3% to 20% has long been used to detoxify the body, improve mental health and reduce pain. Sauna brings mental and physical relaxation to the body, helps strengthen blood circulation and the body’s resistance.
Infrared sauna
An infrared sauna is a suitable alternative for those who find classic saunas too hot. You will start to sweat on your own, due to the gentle heat of infrared radiation type C, which is known for its positive effect on detoxification of the body, blood circulation throughout the body and also metabolism. It has gained popularity, for example, among athletes who seek this pleasant warmth that perfectly relaxes the muscles after physical exertion.
Hot tub
Experience perfect relaxation in the privacy of our private wellness. Immerse yourself in a hot hot tub where gentle bubbles will relax your body and mind. Let the stress go away and treat yourself to moments that belong only to you. An ideal place for a romantic evening for two or a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Experience showers
Experience showers take showering to the next level. Experience unique moments with such a common and everyday activity as simply showering. The showers are equipped with aromatherapy, hydromassage jets or, for example, color therapy.
Water bed
You can enjoy unconventional relaxation on the waterbed. A traditional mattress only supports the body at certain points. When lying on your back, it is the head, shoulder blades, buttocks, calves, heels. Similarly, when lying on your side or on your stomach. The consequence is an unbalanced, non-anatomical position of the body and the formation of pressure points where the mattress touches the body. The mattress completely adapts to the shape of the body, supports the body over the entire surface and thus shapes it into an anatomical position. The spine is completely relaxed and regains its natural position of the letter S. Intervertebral discs, which are loaded and compressed throughout the day when walking, standing and sitting, relax, draw fluid, stretch and, above all, regenerate.

The use of the Wellness is only possible after prior reservation via the reservation form with prepayment.
Payment on the spot is not accepted and the reservation is not confirmed by us.
If you do not make a reservation in advance, we cannot guarantee the possibility of using the wellness. Reservations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled visit.
The wellness has a limited capacity of 8 people and reservations are always possible for 2 hours. This time can be extended individually.
We do not refund payments for cancelled reservations. Cancellation of the reservation must be made by phone no later than 24 hours before the planned start of the sauna. If cancelled in time, an alternative date is possible.
In the event of cancellation after this period, a payment of 100% of the price of the service will be required.
Cancellations and changes reported by email are not accepted.

Private rental of the entire wellness

With the use of the whirlpool: 1990,-
- The price includes the rental of plaids and bath towels.
- Bottle of wine of your choice from the wellness drink card
- Each additional person pays 250 CZK/2 hours
- Extension by 1 hour is for an additional fee: 700 CZK
- The maximum capacity is 8 people
- A bathrobe can be rented for a fee of 100 CZK.
Guests of the Terasy Café and Vila Terasy Apartments have a discounted price of CZK 1,290 / 2 hours
Children of guests can enter the wellness without age restrictions.
WELLNESS ETIQUETTE Terraces Café
Children:
Children under 8 years of age are not allowed to enter the Wellness Centre. Children under 18 years of age are only allowed to enter the wellness if accompanied by an adult.
Bathrobes and bath towels:
Upon entering the WELLNESS you will receive a plaid and a towel from the café/wine bar staff. After showering, put away your bathrobe, bath towel and put on a plaid. Always enter the sauna in a plaid. For hygienic reasons, please always use the plaid as a pad. Support your body in the places where you touch the wooden benches (feet, buttocks, back, head). Please throw borrowed bathrobes, etc., into the dirty laundry basket when leaving the wellness.
Entry in a swimsuit is not allowed to enter the WELLNESS for hygienic reasons.
Safety:
In WELL, use non-slip shoes (flip-flops, slippers) due to the risk of slipping. Put your shoes in front of the sauna cabin.
Before entering:
In the cleansing shower, wash thoroughly with soap, take a shower with warm water.
Before each entry into the sauna, wipe the water from the surface of your body and dry your head. This is important in terms of maintaining the required low humidity in the dry sauna.
Drinks:
Free clean water is available. Other drinks can be purchased from the café/wine bar staff before the start of the sauna.

Recommendations:
The length of stay in the sauna/infrared sauna is individual and should be guided by the subjective feeling of heat. After warming up, leave the sauna/infrared sauna and rinse under a cold shower.
Repeat the heat-cold procedure preferably three times. The rest time between entering saunas should be equal to the time spent in them. After the sauna, it is necessary to skip intense physical exertion and supplement the drinking regime. (unsweetened mineral waters or natural juices are suitable)
