Opened in February 2024, the Vila Terasy apartments are part of the Terasy Café complex, which features its own private wellness and a café with a Tuscan-style wine bar.

The home-like and vacation atmosphere at Vila Terasy is enhanced by a beautiful garden with relaxation zones and barbecue facilities. Elegantly furnished, spacious apartments with premium amenities—such as a year-round whirlpool on the terrace, a whirlpool bath in the bathroom, or direct access to the garden—will delight every guest.

Located in a quiet part of the city center, the fully equipped Vila Terasy apartments are ideal for families with children, groups of friends, or those who prefer a personal touch over an impersonal hotel environment.
The apartments are equipped with technology for self-check-in, removing the need to visit the reception at the Terasy Café building. This offers guests complete privacy combined with hotel services. Breakfast can be arranged at the Terasy Café, located just 150 meters away. Guests also enjoy a 10% discount on consumption at the café/wine bar (does not apply to breakfast).

Since a sense of security is essential for a peaceful holiday, guests have access to a free covered parking space behind a locked gate. The entire property is monitored by a camera system with recording. Bicycle storage is also available.

Nature is important to us, so the house was renovated to be environmentally friendly. We flush toilets with rainwater, utilize solar energy, and provide an electric car charging station in the courtyard (for a fee). Each apartment is also equipped with a heat recovery (recuperation) unit and bins for sorted waste.
