Opened in February 2024, the Vila Terasy apartments belong to the Terasy Café complex, which has its own private wellness and a café with a Tuscan-style wine bar.
The atmosphere of home and vacation in Vila Terasy is conjured up by a beautiful garden with relaxation zones and barbecue facilities. Elegantly furnished, spacious apartments with above-standard equipment such as a year-round whirlpool on the terrace, a whirlpool bath in the bathroom or direct access to the garden will delight everyone.
The location in a quiet part of the city center in a quiet part of the center and the fully equipped apartments of Villa Terasy are ideal for families with children, groups of friends or those who do not desire a hotel impersonal environment.
The apartments are equipped with technologies that allow self-check-in without the need to visit the reception in the Terasy Café house. It offers guests complete privacy with hotel services. Guests can make breakfast available at the Terasy Café, just 150 metres away. Guests also have a 10% discount on consumption at the café/wine bar. (does not apply to breakfast)
Since a sense of security is essential for a peaceful holiday, guests have access to a free covered parking space behind a closed gate. The whole house is monitored by a camera system with recording.
Bicycle storage is also available.
Nature is important to us, so the house was renovated to be environmentally friendly. It is therefore not surprising that we flush the toilet with rainwater, use solar energy and also have a charging station for electric cars in the yard of the house (for a fee). Of course, there is a recuperation unit and bins for sorted waste in each apartment.
Although the house is designed as a self-check-in, even guests who prefer personal contact will not be disappointed. We will be happy to welcome them to the Terasy Café (Pavlovická 1417/1, Liberec 1 – 150 m away)
